I’m Michael, an independent filmmaker and producer in Berlin with 8+ years of filming and editing experience. I shoot and edit content for brands, creators and teams coming to the city.

Editing & post-production
Editing, colour grading and motion design as agreed. I can also work with footage you already have.
Cameras, tape & digitisation
My own kit includes several cameras, including Leica, Panasonic GH5 and a tape-based Canon XH-A1, plus a selection of lenses. I also have the cables and capture setup for digitising tape footage. The camera and workflow are chosen to suit your brief.

Before we start
Can we arrange the shoot from abroad?
Yes. We can prepare the brief and production remotely, then agree what I handle locally in Berlin.
Can you shoot without a large crew?
Yes. A compact shoot can be handled by me; additional crew and equipment depend on the brief.
What does it cost?
Minimum shoot booking from €500. Small shoot-and-edit projects from €1,200. All prices exclude VAT. The final quote depends on preparation, shoot time, crew, equipment and post-production. Send the dates and deliverables to discuss your project.
What should I send for a quote?
Send the brief or idea, proposed Berlin shoot dates, the formats you need and any budget range. Tell me whether you need filming and editing, local production, or help with one stage. We agree the scope before the shoot.
Can you work with a client based in the UK, US or elsewhere in Europe?
Yes. I am based in Berlin and can prepare a local shoot with a client or agency abroad. We can discuss the brief and production remotely; filming happens in Berlin, with responsibilities and delivery agreed in advance.
