Tamara Kulikova is a Berlin-based photographer working across portraiture, fashion, editorial and commercial photography.

Originally from Norilsk, she lived in Saint Petersburg until 2022. She now photographs people in Berlin and communicates with clients in Russian and English.

Seeing the person

Tamara is drawn to the character, gestures and expressions that make a person themselves. You do not need to be a model: she enjoys photographing people for a personal collection, a professional profile or a different perspective on themselves.

Fashion and editorial projects give her room to explore ideas and collaborate with a creative team. Attention to the person remains central to every kind of session.

A connection first

She often suggests a walk of around an hour before reaching the studio or shooting location. There is time to talk, settle in and sometimes make a few portraits along the way. It helps the session begin without a rush.

Working together

Tamara enjoys working with stylists and makeup artists. If you do not have a team, she can help select looks from your wardrobe, develop makeup references and find a makeup artist. These services are agreed separately.
