01 / At first
We discuss your brief and references, choose a date and location, and confirm the booking. Correspondence, planning and focused attention are part of the photographic work before we even meet.
02 / Before the camera
A walk of around an hour before the studio or location gives us time to get acquainted. Sometimes a few outdoor portraits along the way help us warm up.
03 / An hour together
You do not need to know how to pose. Tamara offers direction, helps you find a comfortable rhythm and works towards the ideas you have discussed.
04 / After the session
Tamara selects the photographs and edits their light and colour. You receive up to 25 finished images, usually within two weeks. Retouching is available on request, with its scope agreed in advance.

Before we meet.
I have never done this before. Can I book?
Absolutely. Tamara photographs people outside the modelling and acting industries too. You do not need to know how to pose: she will offer direction and help you settle in.
What should I wear?
It depends on the purpose: a creative portrait, a LinkedIn profile and an actor headshot call for different choices. Tamara will suggest a general direction during preparation. Detailed selection and coordination of looks from your wardrobe is an optional €50 service.
What is the difference between editing and retouching?
Editing means working with light, exposure and colour. Retouching means local changes: for example, removing temporary skin blemishes, softening under-eye shadows or wrinkles, tidying stray hairs or adjusting individual contours. The scope and desired result are discussed separately, at your request.
How many photographs will I receive, and when?
A regular portrait session includes a curated selection of up to 25 photographs, edited for light and colour. Delivery is usually within two weeks. Polaroid is a separate format, with eight exposures per film pack.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Rescheduling is possible by agreement. Please give advance notice: Tamara sets aside time for you, and a new date needs to be arranged together. Under the agreed booking terms, payment is non-refundable if the client cancels; mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. Payment and rescheduling details are confirmed before booking.
Where do we shoot? What about studio hire?
We choose a studio or an outdoor location to suit your idea. Any studio rental and its cost are discussed separately before booking.
Is a makeup artist included?
No. For €50, Tamara can develop makeup references and help find a makeup artist. The artist’s fee is separate. This service does not include makeup application by Tamara.
